How long will my order take to arrive?
Different items have different delivery timings depending on the category. House accessories usually take 3-5 days and furniture pieces take 1-3 weeks the date will be specified on each product page. The estimated delivery time will be shown on the cart when the location has been set.
How can I know if my order has been dispatched or not?
It will be notified by e-mailor telephone to arrange the convenient time for delivery.
It seems the furniture has been damaged, what should I do?
Furniture items should be inspected during delivery. Once the item is approved then you can’t return it for damages unless it’s a manufacturing problem. Other Items have the rules on the product page of warranty and if refund is applicable.
Can I collect my order?
Collection is not available for the meantime. It will be offered soon where you can select the collection.
What if my furniture does not fit?
You can contact us via email and ask for "take measurement service" include your address with location detail and area. Also include what measurements are required from our customer team and we will organize and send an agent to take measurement. Service may be charged.
What happens next after placing an order?
The order confirmation email will be received from Kleyl including billing details, delivery details and order number. You can track the status of the order by using the order number.Once your order has been processed and confirmed, a delivery email will be sentwith a tracking tab what can also be found in your account.
How do I cancel my online order?
You can contact the customer support team via e-mail if you need to cancel any order. Pls note that cancellation is not possible if the order is already processed.

Do you offer an assembly service?
Products that offer free assembly will have that written on the product page.
