The Void Jug is a small, mouth-blown glass jug with an organic shape and a wide neck. Its central elliptical hole is pierced and shaped by hand while the glass is still malleable, so it works as a pitcher, a water carafe and a talking point. It suits anyone who likes handmade pieces on the dining table, from compact Dubai apartments to relaxed family villas.
Key features
Mouth-blown glass: shaped by skilled glassblowers rather than machine-pressed.

Organic shape: a soft, sculptural outline that looks good on the table even when empty.
Wide neck: easy to fill with water, juice or ice.
Handmade character: size may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Styling tips
Set the jug in the centre of the dining table with a few simple tumblers so its shape stays the focus. It sits well on light oak, marble or white linen. For a majlis-style gathering, fill it with chilled water and mint and place it on a brass or wooden tray. On open kitchen shelving, pair it with matte ceramics for a calm, modern look. When not in use, it can double as a sculptural object on a sideboard.

Materials & making
Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a contemporary, organically-shaped jug with an oval cross section. The rim is scissor cut and the spout is formed by hand while the glass is hot. The hole is made by piercing the glass over a flame while the glass is malleable and shaping the opening with wooden tools.
The Void Jug has a listed capacity of 800ml. It measures 20cm in height and 18cm in width, though sizes may vary slightly because each piece is handmade.
How do I clean a mouth-blown glass jug?
Handwash the Void Jug in warm soapy water and dry it with a soft cloth. This helps protect the handmade glass and its hand-shaped central hole.
Is the Void Jug made by hand?
Yes. The jug is mouth-blown by skilled glassblowers, and its central elliptical hole is pierced and shaped by hand while the glass is still malleable.
Why might my jug look slightly different from the photo?
Because the Void Jug is handmade, its size and shape may vary slightly from piece to piece. These small differences are part of its handmade character.
Do you deliver glass jugs across the UAE?
