Styling tips
Place the pad with the soft cotton side against your skin and the waterproof side facing your bra. The cream tone stays discreet under light-coloured tops, which helps in the warm UAE months when you are wearing thinner fabrics. Keep one pair at your nursing station and a spare pair in a small pouch in your nappy bag or handbag. Change pads when they feel damp to keep skin comfortable, and build a simple routine: wear one pair, wash the other.
