Deliveries begin at approximately 8:00AM and continue until all scheduled deliveries for the day are complete. Regrettably, due to the hundreds of deliveries that must be routed, it is impossible to give exact time calls. However, you may prearrange to have a Leon’s representative call your home or office 1 hour prior to the estimated arrival time. We would appreciate it if you would be home on the scheduled day of delivery.
A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery orders and that individual must accompany the delivery crew into your home or apartment. If you are in a condominium or apartment building please make sure the elevator service is available.

Legio Nova is high-quality porcelain which is ovenproof, microwave-safe and freezer-proof, and all the pieces in the series come with a 10-year porcelain warranty. So, if it breaks, or if the glaze crazes during normal everyday use, then we will replace it either with a new one or with a similar product.
The jar is dishwasher-safe, and the lid is easily cleaned with a wrung cloth or can be washed by hand. Since wood is a living and organic material, natural variations may occur. Oil regularly to preserve the oak. If the wood feels rough with time, we recommend sanding down the dry surface using very fine sandpaper. Then oil the wood to protect it.
