Styling tips
Silver and gold sit well with neutral walls in ivory, taupe or warm grey. In a classic room, pair the carpet with dark wood, brass lamps and velvet cushions in champagne or deep navy. For a modern look, keep furniture low and simple, and let the rug provide the shine.
In a living room, place the front legs of the sofa and armchairs on the rug to tie the seating together. In a bedroom, position it so it extends beyond the sides of the bed for a soft step underfoot. In a majlis, centre it beneath the coffee table to anchor the floor seating.
