Styling tips
Blue pairs beautifully with white linen and natural wood, so set this dish on a light oak table or a crisp white runner for a coastal look. Pale foods such as hummus, labneh or rice pop against the deep blue, while green salads and herbs add fresh contrast.
For a larger spread, line up two dishes down the centre of the table and fill the gaps with small bowls of dips and olives. Brass or gold cutlery and glassware add warmth and suit a majlis-style gathering. On a smaller apartment table, one dish makes a neat centrepiece without crowding place settings.
