Yes that’s right! At Leon’s we strive to ensure that getting your purchase to you is made as easy and accessible as possible. That’s why we offer FREE local delivery for ALL orders of $799 or more before taxes! Leon's delivers thousands of orders a day, quickly and efficiently. With over 100 years of experience, we offer our top of-the-line delivery service with a smile. Sit back and let our professional delivery team do all the heavy lifting.
Deliveries begin at approximately 8:00AM and continue until all scheduled deliveries for the day are complete. Regrettably, due to the hundreds of deliveries that must be routed, it is impossible to give exact time calls. However, you may prearrange to have a Leon’s representative call your home or office 1 hour prior to the estimated arrival time. We would appreciate it if you would be home on the scheduled day of delivery.
A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery orders and that individual must accompany the delivery crew into your home or apartment. If you are in a condominium or apartment building please make sure the elevator service is available.
Leon's exclusive Integrity Pricing means you always get the best price. Guaranteed to be the lowest for 60 days. If, within 60 days of your purchase, you see the identical merchandise at a lower published price by an authorized Canadian dealer in the same local trading area, under the same terms and conditions, Leon’s will gladly refund you the difference in full upon verification of the details. Published price includes the price of the product plus any membership, administrative, or delivery charges. See your sales associate for full details.
At Leon's, you can always feel comfortable with your purchase and proud of your choice. And you'll never have to worry about paying too much because Leon's is the only home furnishings retailer in Canada with Integrity Pricing.
A minimalist design idiom and a functional mindset. This is the essence of Scandinavian design, and the source of inspiration for the Nordic kitchen plates which, with their rustic look, succinctly reflect the relaxed Nordic lifestyle.
Made of black stoneware in warm hues, Nordic kitchen sets the scene for delicious food and beautifully presented meals. The plates are robust and perfect for everyday use as they are ovenproof, microwave-safe, freezer-proof and, of course, dishwasher-safe. With its elegant black look and the possibility of creating a stylish and well-laid table by using all the other black stoneware pieces, the Nordic kitchen series is also ideal for parties and other social occasions.
Note that the vertical edge of the plates means that a Nordic kitchen plate has the same area for food as many other plates which are 2-4 cm wider.
Nordic kitchen plates are available as cake, lunch and dinner plates, and as deep plates and bowls in various sizes. The series also includes serving dishes, cups, cookware and much more – and new pieces are continually being added. See the full series here.
Cut marks and scratches may appear on the surface of the plates during use. This is not a fault, but something which is inevitable on stoneware, and is part of the rustic look.
