The Pearl Jug is a mouth-blown glass jug, hand-painted with an iridescent, pearlescent lustre in a soft cream tone. It suits anyone who likes the table to look considered, whether that is iced water at a family lunch, fresh juice at a weekend brunch or flowers on a console. Each piece is made by hand, so it carries the small character marks that make handmade glass special.
Key features
Mouth-blown glass: shaped by skilled glassmakers rather than pressed by machine.
Hand-painted lustre: a pearlescent, mother-of-pearl finish that shifts gently with the light.
Fluted texture: a subtle fluting at the base of the body that fades towards the rim.
Generous 2.2L capacity: enough to serve water or juice for the whole table.
Handmade nature: size may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Styling tips
Set the jug at the centre of a dining table with clear or cream tumblers so the lustre stays the focal point. It sits beautifully on light oak, marble or linen, and pairs well with brass or gold-toned cutlery for a warmer look. For a majlis or living room, use it as a vase with pale roses, eucalyptus or a few stems of white orchid. On a sideboard, group it with candles and a small tray to create a simple, layered vignette. Keep it out of harsh direct sunlight on display shelves so the finish looks its best.

Materials & making
Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a jug with subtly-fluted texture. The rim is scissor-cut and the spout formed by hand using a wooden tool. The handle is stretched from molten glass and attached to the body of the jug by hand. Hand painted with an iridescent lustre and fired to achieve the pearlescent finish.
The Pearl Jug holds 2.2 litres. It measures 24.5cm in height and 17.5cm in width, though sizes may vary slightly because each piece is handmade.
Is the Pearl Jug dishwasher or microwave safe?
The jug should be handwashed in warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. It must not be used in the microwave.
What is the Pearl Jug made of?
It is made from mouth-blown glass and hand-painted with an iridescent, pearlescent lustre. The base has a subtly fluted texture that fades towards the rim.
Why might my jug look slightly different from the photo?
