Styling tips
Black stoneware loves colour. Bright salads, saffron rice and grilled vegetables really stand out against it. Lay it on a pale oak or linen-covered table for a calm Scandinavian setting, or pair it with brass cutlery and dark napkins for an evening dinner party. Mix it with other pieces from the Nordic kitchen series for a coordinated table, and add a few white bowls if you prefer a softer contrast. The compact edge is handy in smaller Dubai and Sharjah apartment kitchens where cupboard space is tight.
