Styling tips
Place the rug in front of a three-seater sofa so the front legs rest on it. This anchors the seating area. Pair it with a cream or stone sofa, oak or walnut wood and matt black lighting to pick up the darker patches. In a bedroom, lay it across the lower half of the bed for a soft landing underfoot. For a rustic look, add woven baskets and linen cushions. For a modern room, keep the surrounding pieces simple and let the patchwork stand out.
