Styling tips
Let the off-white velvet lead a soft, layered scheme. Pair it with linen bedding in sand, taupe or sage, and add a chunky knit throw for texture.
Warm wood bedside tables and brass or rattan lamps keep the look inviting. In smaller rooms, place the bed against the longest wall and keep the floor around the base clear so the floating effect shows. Allow roughly 60 cm of walking space on each side.
For a hotel feel, add a large neutral rug that extends beyond the sides of the bed and a single statement artwork above the headboard.
