Oak is a natural, living material, so slight variations in grain and tone are normal.
Styling tips
Line two or three jars along the back of the worktop for a tidy, café-style look. The cream glaze and warm oak sit beautifully against white marble, sage green cabinets or matt black fittings. On open shelving, group the jar with wooden boards and linen tea towels for a soft, natural feel. Keep the jar out of direct sunlight near windows to protect the oak lid.

A 1.0l cream porcelain storage jar from the Legio Nova series, with a tight-fitting solid oak lid that helps keep sugar, flour and grains fresh on your counter or shelf.
The jar is dishwasher-safe, and the lid is easily cleaned with a wrung cloth or can be washed by hand. Since wood is a living and organic material, natural variations may occur. Oil regularly to preserve the oak. If the wood feels rough with time, we recommend sanding down the dry surface using very fine sandpaper. Then oil the wood to protect it.
