The Legio Nova side plate is a 19 cm white porcelain plate made for daily use and for the table you want to show off. Refined grooves frame the centre of the plate, and a glossy glaze gives it a clean, polished finish. It suits households that want one set of tableware for school-day breakfasts, iftar gatherings and weekend dinner parties alike.
The design builds on the Legio tableware created with designer Ole Palsby in the late 1990s. Legio Nova is more detailed and was developed with the National Culinary Team of Denmark to help food look its best.

Use the 19 cm plate for bread, starters, salads, desserts or sweets with Arabic coffee. Place it to the upper left of a dinner plate for a neat, restaurant-style setting. White porcelain looks fresh on a natural linen runner or a pale oak table, and it lets colourful dishes like fattoush or mezze stand out. For contrast, pair Legio Nova with smooth Legio pieces, or add brass cutlery and green glassware for a warmer, festive table.
