The KDK 20NSB is a ceiling mounted exhaust fan built for quiet, steady ventilation. It suits homes, offices and commercial fit-outs where fresh air matters but fan noise should stay in the background. Its slim, compact body is designed for narrow ceiling voids. That makes it a practical choice for apartments with tight false ceilings.
Key features
Low noise operation: noise absorption material inside the casing keeps sound down.
Twin Flow Fan: high performance design for powerful airflow and high static pressure.
Taper scroll casing: newly designed casing minimises turbulence inside the unit.
Long life condenser motor with thermo cut-off.
2-speed selectable so you can match airflow to the room's needs.
Embedded terminal box with metal terminal cover for durability and safety.
Flexible installation: can be installed upside down to suit different inspection opening locations.
AMCA Certified.

Styling tips
Because the fan sits above the ceiling, the room below stays clean and uncluttered. Plan the inspection opening in a discreet spot, such as a corridor, utility area or above a door. The fan's upside-down installation option gives you more freedom here. Pair it with a simple white or neutral ceiling grille so it blends in. In kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms, use the higher speed during cooking, showers or drying, then switch to the lower speed for quiet background ventilation. It helps keep air moving in sealed, air-conditioned UAE homes.
