The Islay Whisky Connoisseur Set brings everything for a proper tasting together on one walnut tray. It suits the whisky lover who enjoys a slow dram at home. It also makes a thoughtful gift for someone setting up a home bar. The glass is mouth-blown and finished by hand, so each piece carries the mark of skilled craftsmanship.
Key features
Complete set: a decanter with walnut base, a water jug, two tumblers, two nosing glasses with covers, two walnut coasters and a walnut display tray.
Mouth-blown glass: shaped and finished by hand by expert glass blowers.
Heavy-based drinkware: sits steady in the hand and on the tray.
Hand-ground stopper: the decanter stopper is ground by hand for a close fit.
FSC-certified walnut: the tray, coasters and decanter base are made from FSC-certified walnut.
Care: handwash the glass in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Clean the wood with a soft brush or damp cloth. Do not leave immersed in water or place in a dishwasher. Allow to dry naturally.
Styling tips
Set the tray on a sideboard, bar cart or console in the living room so the decanter becomes a quiet focal point. The warm walnut sits well beside dark wood, leather and brass. It also softens a crisp white or grey scheme. Keep the covered nosing glasses on the tray for tastings, and use the tumblers for everyday serves. Leave a little space around the tray so the clear glass can catch the light.
Delivery
We offer delivery across the UAE, from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
