Steamed vegetables in minutes, straight from the microwave
The Steamer Green tool is a 2 litre microwave vegetable steamer for anyone who wants healthy sides without the fuss of a pan of boiling water. It suits busy families, small apartment kitchens and anyone cooking light, vitamin-rich meals during the week. Steaming rather than boiling helps vegetables keep their vitamins, flavour and crunch.
Preparation is simple. Arrange the vegetables in the steamer, add a few tablespoons of water and put the lid on. At 900 W in the microwave, they are ready within minutes. Steaming also makes it easier to control the temperature and the cooking.

Styling tips
Because it goes from microwave to table, choose it as a serving dish too. Set it in the centre of the dining table beside a wooden board or neutral linen runner so the colour of fresh broccoli, carrots and green beans stands out. In a compact Dubai or Sharjah apartment kitchen, it saves hob space and a pan, and it stores neatly in a cupboard with its lid on. Pair it with simple white plates for a clean, modern look.
