Styling tips
Beige velvet pairs easily with warm whites, taupe and soft greys. Add crisp white linen and a textured throw in camel or olive for depth. Brass or gold bedside lamps lift the velvet sheen nicely. In a smaller Dubai or Sharjah apartment bedroom, keep walls light and choose slim bedside tables to leave walking space. In a larger villa bedroom, centre the bed on the main wall with a wide rug that extends at least 60 cm beyond each side.
Care tip: vacuum velvet gently with a soft brush attachment and blot spills quickly with a clean, dry cloth.
