Styling tips
Black upholstery looks striking against warm white, sand or greige walls, so the headboard becomes the focal point. Soften it with crisp white or oatmeal linen bedding and a textured throw in camel or rust. Brass or gold bedside lamps add warmth, while walnut or light oak side tables keep the look from feeling heavy.
At 115 cm tall, the headboard works well on a feature wall. Allow around 60 to 75 cm of walking space on each side so the room still feels open. In a smaller bedroom, keep other furniture low and light in colour to balance the bed.
