Styling tips
A casserole this size can go straight from hob to table for relaxed family dinners. Set it on a wooden trivet or board in the centre of the table and serve with rice, bread and salads around it. Dark cookware sits well with natural wood, linen napkins and white serving bowls. In smaller Dubai or Sharjah apartment kitchens, store it with the lid upside down on top to save cupboard height, and keep a pan protector between stacked pots to care for the non-stick surface.
