Styling tips
Keep the board beside your hob or sink so it is always within reach. In compact Dubai and Sharjah apartment kitchens, its slim profile slides easily into a drawer or stands upright in a cabinet rack. Many cooks keep two boards, one for raw meat and fish and one for fruit, vegetables and bread, to reduce cross-contamination. Pair it with a good chef's knife and a small bowl for scraps to make prep quicker and tidier.
