Styling tips
A deep pan earns its place in a compact Dubai or Sharjah apartment kitchen, because it can stand in for both a frying pan and a shallow sauté pan. Use it for weeknight curries, fried eggs with tomatoes or a quick vegetable stir-fry. Pair the black finish with wooden or silicone utensils, which are kinder to non-stick surfaces than metal ones. If you have open shelving, black cookware sits well alongside matt ceramic dishes and natural wood boards.
