Styling tips
Cast iron with a wooden handle looks good left out on the hob or hung from a rail. It pairs well with butcher-block worktops, white or sage cabinets and brass or matte black fittings. Keep a wooden spatula and a silicone brush nearby for turning food and oiling the ridges. For family dinners, use it alongside a larger frying pan so you can grill and sauté at the same time.
Care tip: this pan is not dishwasher safe, so wash it by hand with warm water and a soft brush, then dry it thoroughly before storing.
