Skimmer design: lets oil or water drain away as you lift food out.
Chef's Tools series: part of a FISSMAN range of kitchen tools, so you can build a matching set.

Styling tips
Keep your skimmer within reach of the hob in a utensil crock alongside a spatula and tongs. In compact Dubai and Sharjah apartment kitchens, a wall rail with hooks frees up drawer space and keeps the tools you use most in one place. Pair it with other pieces from the Chef's Tools series for a tidy, coordinated look on the counter.
For the best results when frying, lower food gently, let excess oil drip back into the pan for a few seconds, then move it onto a paper-lined plate.
