Place the FireCube on gravel, natural stone or a darker paved area so any runoff is less visible. Avoid setting it directly on pale marble or light tiles. The warm, rusty tone pairs well with olive trees, desert grasses, teak or charcoal outdoor seating and sandy neutrals. In a larger Abu Dhabi or Al Ain villa garden, set it at the centre of a loose ring of lounge chairs for winter gatherings. On an open, breezy terrace, use the angled position to shelter the flames.

We do recommend cleaning the surface once or twice a year. Cleaning should preferably be done without the use of cleaning agents. Brushing the surface to remove loose and more stubborn soiling is usually sufficient. Never use chlorinated cleaning agents. If you do use detergent, ensure that is iron-free and never use non-stainless steel scraping tools (spackler, file, etc.), iron-based sponges or non-stainless steel wool scouring pads for cleaning the surfaces. Oil and fat can be removed using organic cleaning agents. Take care to remove all traces of cleaning agent. Weathering steel products must not come into direct contact with salt such as road salt, as this type of deicing salt and water can damage the surface.
