Styling tips
Let the tall tufted headboard be the star. Centre the bed on your longest wall and flank it with matching bedside tables and lamps for a balanced, hotel-style layout.
White upholstery pairs beautifully with warm neutrals, such as sand, taupe and soft gold. For a more glamorous look, add velvet cushions in blush or emerald and a mirrored or brass-trimmed side table. For a calmer scheme, layer linen bedding in oatmeal and a textured rug underneath.
Leave at least 60 cm of walkway on each side so the room still feels open.
