Place the footrest in front of a lounge chair from the Coast range for a matching set. Cream sits well beside teak, rattan or grey outdoor pieces. Add an olive or terracotta cushion for warmth.
On a narrow balcony, keep it close to the chair and leave a clear path to the door. On a larger terrace or poolside deck, set it under a parasol so you can lounge in the shade during warmer months.
