The Cask Whisky Connoisseur Set brings a clean, geometric look to your home bar or sideboard. It pairs a mouth-blown square decanter with two tumblers, all resting on a natural ash wood tray with cork veneer. It suits whisky lovers who enjoy hosting, and it makes a thoughtful gift for a new home or a special occasion.
The decanter is straight-sided and square in cross section. Its cube-shaped stopper is ground by hand for a close fit. Each tumbler has a heavy base with a cube-shaped impression, reminiscent of a large ice cube, which echoes the shape of the decanter. The design won a 2021 GOOD DESIGN Award.

Styling tips
Place the set on a walnut or oak sideboard, a bar cart or a library shelf. The pale ash and cork sit well with warm neutrals, leather and brass accents. In a compact Dubai or Sharjah apartment, the tray keeps everything together on a console, so the set looks deliberate rather than cluttered. Add a small bowl for ice or nuts beside it when guests arrive.

A contemporary Cask whisky set with a mouth-blown square decanter, two heavy-based tumblers and an ash wood tray with cork veneer. Winner of a 2021 GOOD DESIGN Award.
The tumbler is mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a cylindrical shape with heavy base. The cube-shaped impression in the base of the glass is achieved by blowing the clear glass gather into a specially crafted metal mould. The rims are fire polished to achieve a smooth finish. The decanter is mouth blown by skilled glassblowers into metal moulds to create the geometric silhouette, square in cross section. The stopper is ground to fit each individual decanter. The wood is sourced from sustainably-managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. The wood is inlaid by hand with a veneer made from cork, a natural material which is 100% biodegradable, recyclable and renewable based on a sustainable cycle.
