We would appreciate it if you would be home on the scheduled day of delivery.
A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery orders and that individual must accompany the delivery crew into your home or apartment. If you are in a condominium or apartment building please make sure the elevator service is available.

Wash care
Machine wash in warm water with a mild detergent.
Tumble dry on a low setting; avoid high heat, which can damage the embroidery.
Do not use bleach.
Do not iron directly on the embroidery, and avoid over-drying.
Hang in a well-ventilated spot after drying.
Styling tips
Hang it on a ring beside the basin so the lettering faces outwards. The light base and black thread work well with matte black taps, charcoal tiles or warm wood accessories. For a couples' gift, pair it with a matching piece from the same range and roll both into a basket with a candle or soap. In a guest bathroom, keep it folded in thirds on a tray so the embroidery shows.
