We would appreciate it if you would be home on the scheduled day of delivery.
A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery orders and that individual must accompany the delivery crew into your home or apartment. If you are in a condominium or apartment building please make sure the elevator service is available.

Styling tips
Hang it on a heated rail or open shelf so the embroidery stays on show. A light towel works well with marble, pale stone and brushed brass fittings. Layer it with plain towels in sage, taupe or charcoal for a relaxed, hotel-style look. For a gift, roll it and tie it with ribbon, or pair it with a candle or bath oil.
Care
Machine wash warm with a mild detergent and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and high heat, do not over-dry, and never iron directly on the embroidery. Hang to air after drying.
