A mouth-blown glass vase inspired by the organic shapes of boulders. Expert craftsmanship is required to make each piece and apply its thread-like décor by hand. The smooth matte finish echoes the texture of stone. Add a few stems of flowers, dried grasses or display as a decorative object.

Materials & making

The Boulder vase is mouth blown by master glassblowers to create the contemporary shape. Brown glass is cased between layers of clear glass and decorated with a fine chalk white thread. The rim is cut and polished to achieve a smooth, flat edge. A matt finish is applied to give opacity and softness.
