The Aston lounge chair by Bait Al Aseel takes its cue from the old-fashioned parlour, the room once kept for receiving guests. Smaller-scale sofas and graceful armchairs were the fashion then, and the Aston brings that measured elegance into today's homes. Finished in a soft cream, it suits anyone who loves a classic look but wants everyday comfort. It works well in a formal living room, a guest sitting area or a quiet reading corner.

Styling tips
Place a pair of Aston chairs facing a sofa to create a balanced conversation area, much like a traditional drawing room. Cream pairs beautifully with warm wood, brass accents and soft gold tones for a classic finish. For a calmer, modern twist, team it with taupe, sage or dusty blue cushions and a textured rug.
In a villa majlis or formal sitting room, use the chair to frame a coffee table or sit beside a side table with a reading lamp. In smaller apartments, a single Aston chair can add a graceful accent without crowding the room.
