Styling tips
Check your mattress height before you buy. A bedside table that sits level with or slightly below the top of the mattress is the most comfortable to reach. At 50 cm high, this one works well with standard and low-profile beds.
Light ash grain pairs nicely with white, sand and soft grey bedding for a calm, Scandinavian feel. For warmth, add a linen lamp shade, a rattan basket or a few green plants. Use a matching pair on either side of a king or queen bed for balance, or a single table beside a smaller bed in a guest room.
Keep the top clear with just a lamp, a book and a small tray. The drawer handles the rest.
