Styling tips
Set the dallahs on a brass or wooden tray at the centre of your majlis table. Grey sits well with cream, beige and sand-toned cushions, and the floral detail looks lovely beside fresh dates and a small vase of greenery. In a modern living room, display the set on a sideboard or open shelf so the hand-painted work becomes a talking point. For Eid or a family gathering, place the finjan cups on one side for gahwa and the estikana on the other for tea.
