The Schefflera Arboricola Gold Acapella from Anar Gardenia Plants is an easy-to-grow umbrella tree standing 100-110cm tall. Its finger-like leaflets radiate from a central point, just like the spokes of an umbrella. It suits new plant owners, busy households and anyone who wants a tall, leafy accent for a living room, office or bright hallway.
Key features
Variegated foliage: rich green leaflets irregularly splashed with yellow, so every leaf looks a little different.
Statement height: 100-110cm, tall enough to stand on the floor.
Easy care: a forgiving house plant that thrives in bright, indirect light.
Air purification: listed with air-purifying qualities.
Manageable weight: around 2 kg, so it is simple to move around the home.
Place in bright but indirect light. Keep well watered during the growing season and make sure excess water drains away freely. Water less often in winter and keep temperatures above 12°C. Mist the leaves regularly, or sit the pot on a tray of moist shingle, to raise humidity. This helps a lot in air-conditioned UAE homes, where indoor air can be dry.
Styling tips
Stand it beside a sofa or in an empty corner near a window with sheer curtains, away from direct sun.
The yellow splashes pair well with warm wood, rattan and cream or beige textiles.
Choose a matte white, terracotta or woven planter for a calm, modern look.
In compact Dubai or Sharjah apartments, it adds height without taking up much floor space.
Delivery
We offer delivery across the UAE, so you can bring fresh greenery into your home or office wherever you are in the seven Emirates.
An easy-to-grow Schefflera Arboricola Gold Acapella umbrella tree, 100-110cm tall, with finger-like green leaflets splashed with yellow. Ideal for bright rooms that need a living focal point.
How tall is the Schefflera Gold Acapella umbrella tree?
This umbrella tree is supplied at 100-110cm tall, with listed product dimensions of 110 x 30 x 110 cm and a weight of about 2 kg.
How much light does a Schefflera umbrella tree need?
Place it in bright but indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch the leaves.
How often should I water a Schefflera Arboricola?
Keep it well watered during the growing season and let excess water drain away freely. Water less often in winter.
Can a Schefflera grow in an air-conditioned UAE home?
Yes, as long as the temperature stays above 12°C. Mist the leaves regularly or stand the pot on a tray of moist shingle to counter dry air.
Why do some leaves have more yellow than others?
The Gold Acapella variety is irregularly splashed with yellow, so some leaflets show a lot of yellow and others none at all. This is natural for the plant.
